Standard country condition reports are typically delivered in 5–10 working days. Complex multi-issue reports (for example blood feud plus trafficking) may take 10–15 working days. Expedited turnaround can be discussed where tribunal deadlines require it.

In civil proceedings, expert witnesses owe a duty to the court under CPR Part 35 — to remain independent, objective, and to assist the court rather than the instructing party.
